What you can see today in our image is a 10,000 foot perspective on La Geria grape plantations, in the Canary island of Lanzarote. They have been there since eighteenth century and are developed after an extremely unique strategy, on the grounds that the plants are planted under the volcanic lapilli, a cover of debris around more than two meters thick that covers the land since Timanfaya well of lava emitted in 1730 changing the scene for eternity.
